As part of this you'll capture patient feedback with integrity, respecting confidentiality and data protection principles. Working autonomously while collaborating with healthcare partners, you'll have opportunity to make recommendations regarding the referral and booking processes as appropriate which may include the need to develop health promotion materials. Supported by the Operational Lead and the Clinical Services Manager you'll receive regular supervision to help keep you on track throughout the year.
