Job summary

BANK FACILITIES ASSISTANTS - HOUSEKEEPING/CLEANING

Hourly rate: £11.45

We are looking for flexible, friendly individuals to join our team covering various shifts which include:

6:45 - 15:45 Housekeeping (serving food & beverages to inpatients)

16:00 - 19:00 Housekeeping (as above)

17:00 - 20:00 Cleaning - Monday to Friday

9:30 - 17:30 Cleaning

12.00 - 20.00 Cleaning

Attractive enhancements for working weekends (hourly rate plus 43% for Saturday and hourly rate plus 85% on a Sunday).

Bank staff are used to cover vacant shifts due to sickness and annual leave, these are not contracted regular hours.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for motivated and hard-working individuals to work as part of the Facilities team, within the shift patterns listed above, performing housekeeping, domestic, and portering duties as required in all areas of the Hospital, to the required standard and in compliance with legislation.

Previous cleaning or catering experience would be an advantage, but not essential as training will be provided.
