Project Support Officer - Floor Walker

Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Digital Transformation Programme to work as a key member of our Project Support team.

The post holder will be providing onsite support and assistance to service staff with the implementation various Digital projects across the region.

The main task will be to provide 1:1 and group support to both administrative and clinical staff in a variety of clinical environments as they embrace new ways of working.

Fixed term contract (FTC) for 19 months, a secondment will be considered, and FTC extension may be possible.

The ability travel to various Trust sites across Sussex will be an essential requirement for the role.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be self-motivated and a well-organised team player, possessing a positive can-do attitude.

A key part of the role will be the ability to work closely with SCFT service staff including nurses, doctors, therapists and other healthcare professionals and strong communication skills at all levels will be required.

The post holder will be a key member of the Digital Systems Training team and will also work closely with the Digital Transformation team providing support for projects and business as usual as required.

As some of the Trust's services are operational 24 hours per day, seven days a week, the post holder will be required to work a flexible work pattern including some weekends, bank holidays and evening hours, which will be determined by the project needs.
