We are looking for an Administrator to join our team in Horsham. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for the Post COVID Assessment & Support service. Ensuring that patients, other members of the public, external stakeholders and colleagues within the Trust receive a courteous and supportive response to a range of queries and requests for information.They will be responsible for managing patient bookings and will work closely with the Patient Access & Admin Manager to support them in developing and running an efficient and responsive administrative support function.
Main duties of the job
Acts as a key point of contact for a clinical service. Ensure that patients, other members of the public, external stakeholders and colleagues within the Trust receive a courteous and supportive response to a range of queries and requests for information.
Works closely with the Team Leader for the Post Covid Assessment service to support them in developing and running an efficient and responsive administrative support function.

- Attends meetings to take minutes or notes. Writes up meeting records and sends out to all attendees.

- School leaving qualification (GCSE or equivalent) in maths and English language or able to demonstrate equivalent competence.
Desirable
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in business administration
- Applicants with a lower level qualification who have equivalent experience will be considered
