Band 3 Administration Team Lead
Permanent -22.5 hours per week Flexible working (preference Monday Wednesday) pattern 08:00 16:00 or 08:30 16:30

We are looking to appoint an Administration Team Lead who is an enthusiastic and committed individual to provide administrative and line management support to a team of receptionists who are based across different sites (Devizes Health Centre, Melksham Community Hospital &Warminster Community Hospital)
This post will be based at Trowbridge Community Hospital however some travel will be required at least every 6 weeks in order to undertake supervision sessions with the receptionists. You will need to be able to work in a calm, logical and methodical way and be able to multi-task whilst dealing with frequent interruptions, and you must possess effective communication skills whilst always maintaining patient confidentiality.
The role is demanding and interesting and will require someone who is flexible and able to work under pressure. Previous experience of working in a reception setting would be welcome.
