Team Manager - Band 7
Marlborough Community Team
37.5 Hours per week - Permanent
The Marlborough Community Team are looking for a new team manager. The successful candidate will be required to work with, lead and develop an experienced, passionate group of health care professionals. The team comprise of therapists, support workers, nurses, administrators, and clinical care coordinators. You will also benefit from working alongside 2 Clinical Leads. Whilst you lead the team operationally, you can be assured that your Clinical Leads will be championing the teams clinical care.
Our community teams support patients with a range of health care needs in their own home and within our Community Hospital clinics. We support long term care needs, urgent care, and NHS at home (virtual wards). As the team manager you will work closely with managers in your neighbouring teams, the local Primary Care Network and the wider commissioning managers.

Attendance on the training is within the working day with additional support from your line manager and others in a leadership position.
