Community Team Manager - Band 7

Base - Five Rivers Salisbury

Full Time - Permanent

The South Community Management Team in South Wiltshire are looking to recruit a Community Team Manager to provide clinical and operational management to the City Community Team. The post will work alongside 2 existing Community Team Managers who cover Wilton Community Team and Amesbury Community Team.

City Community Team is based out of Five Rivers Salisbury and the team forms Clinical Lead Nurse and Therapy, Nurses, Nurse Associates, Therapy, Support Workers, Care Coordinators, RSW and Admin.

Main duties of the job

You will provide operational management to City Community Team which will include:

Line Management Supervision

Annual Appraisals

Monitoring of wait times and performance measures.

Attend internal and external meetings as required including MDT.

Undertake Audits

Recruitment and Retention

Ensure systems are in place to allocate caseloads etc

Follow relevant policies and procedures.

Budget Management

We are looking for someone who will be visible, motivational, and inspirational who has leadership - managerial experience.

You must be a team player, be an excellent communicator and negotiator and able to work under pressure and be able to engage the team effectively in change.
