HR Business Partner - Band 7
Location: Chippenham Community Hospital
Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2025

We are looking for an HR professional to support the delivery of
people initiatives, whilst managing key HR processes and employee relations
cases as they arise. You will have expertise of working in a fast-paced
environment, including providing advice to managers on a wide range of complex
HR issues. You will demonstrate a working knowledge of change management and
leading on HR projects & workstreams.
Main duties of the job
Experience of working within the NHS or in a complex, unionised
environment would be advantageous but not essential, alongside knowledge of
TUPE and employment legislation. This should be underpinned by a CIPD post
graduate qualification or equivalent experience.
This role will work collaboratively with the wider workforce team and Operational
Managers to increase
engagement with our employees as well as provide analysis and reporting throughout
the delivery of people projects. The HR Partner will support the development of
workforce plans and be accountable for delivery across the organisation.
This is an exciting role with a broad scope of responsibility so
we are looking for an individual who will work well within a team to achieve
results.
This is a hybrid role with a mix of home and office working.
Wiltshire Health and Care have sites across the county and there will be cross-site
working and travel required on an ad-hoc basis.
This is a fixed-term/secondment opportunity until 31st
March 2025. Interviews are provisionally scheduled to take place on Friday 9th August.

- Good knowledge of HR leading edge people practices and tools across the whole range of HR.
- Experience of working as a key stakeholder on HR Workforce planning projects within a large organisation.
- Evidence of experience in successfully managing relationships with senior managers within an organisation.
- Experience of coaching and training managers in HR issues
- Experience of managing a team and achieving high performance
- Analytical and numerate, with the ability to understand and interpret trends from data.
- The ability to deliver against a series of tight and changing deadlines.
- To be an advocate for WHC values and associated behaviours and actively coach managers and leaders in reflecting them in practice providing challenge where necessary.

- Experience of developing and implementing large scale workforce changes and skill mix transformation as the key HR lead
