Fixed Term Contract until 31st March 2025

Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next challenge in a supportive team? Then look no further!

We are looking for an HR professional to support the delivery of people initiatives, whilst managing key HR processes and employee relations cases as they arise. You will have expertise of working in a fast-paced environment, including providing advice to managers on a wide range of complex HR issues. You will demonstrate a working knowledge of change management and leading on HR projects & workstreams.

Main duties of the job

Experience of working within the NHS or in a complex, unionised environment would be advantageous but not essential, alongside knowledge of TUPE and employment legislation. This should be underpinned by a CIPD post graduate qualification or equivalent experience.

This role will work collaboratively with the wider workforce team and Operational Managers to increase engagement with our employees as well as provide analysis and reporting throughout the delivery of people projects. The HR Partner will support the development of workforce plans and be accountable for delivery across the organisation.

This is an exciting role with a broad scope of responsibility so we are looking for an individual who will work well within a team to achieve results.

This is a hybrid role with a mix of home and office working. Wiltshire Health and Care have sites across the county and there will be cross-site working and travel required on an ad-hoc basis.

This is a fixed-term/secondment opportunity until 31st March 2025. Interviews are provisionally scheduled to take place on Friday 9th August.
