The Unit Provides Sub Acute Care, Rehabilitation and End of Life care for the residents of Wiltshire. This is an innovative unit with an integrated multi-disciplinary team.

Clinical leadership is provided by a team of Consultant Nurses across the organisation, supporting the Clinical team of Doctors, ACPs, Therapists, Nurses, Support workers and Health Care Assistants, ensuring Individual holistic care for the people we care for as well as support for their carers and families.

Ward Leadership is provided by the Senior Sister who has a strong belief in Compassionate Leadership. Supporting and Nurturing Staff to reach their full potential.We provide the training, support and professional development you need to become a confident, competent Registered Nurse working in the NHS. Delivering high standards of care within a Unit that you can be proud of.Working unsocial hours pays an additional 60% on Bank Holidays and Sundays, and an additional 30% for Saturdays and unsocial other times.

Main duties of the job

Registered Nurse, Assessing, planning, Implementing and Evaluating Nursing Care. Supervising and supporting, Nursing Associates, Junior staff, and students.

We are open to conversations around flexible working patterns and would consider day or night only contracts for the right candidate. As well as standard 7.5 hr shifts and long days.
