We work with a wide range of partner organisations to deliver care and support people in their own homes and from several hospitals and community bases. We focus on delivering care as close to home as possible.

We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for to train to become a nursing associate with Wiltshire Health and Care LLP.

Main duties of the job

With posts available, in a variety of areas across Wiltshire you will need to be willing to be flexible on location to meet the needs of our services. However, this is an excellent opportunity to train as you earn, whilst completing this apprenticeship.

We are proud of our staff and support career progression so if you successfully complete the 2-year training course, and become registered, you will be offered an opportunity to apply and interview for a permanent job as a Band 4 Nursing Associate although this may not be in the team where you undertook the apprenticeship. Once established in this role, the opportunity for further training to become a registered nurse may also be possible.

Successful candidates will need to demonstrate at least 12 months caring experience, achieved an NVQ level 3 or equivalent, Care Certificate as well at Level 2 (or grade C) at GSCE in English and Maths prior to application. Training will commence on September 24

Interview date and venue to be confirmed.
