Operations Officer - Band 3

Operations Department

1 WTE - 37.5 hours -Full-time or part-time roles available

The Operations department have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join their team, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday. The role will involve a combination of home and office working (the office work is based in Chippenham Community Hospital), with occasional travel across our other sites in Wiltshire.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for someone with experience in administration and good customer service skills to support the senior administrator and Heads of Operations. Someone with enthusiasm and a friendly and helpful approach is a must. You should be well organised, have good attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and use your own initiative. Medical, health or social care environment experience is desirable but not essential and full training will be provided.

You will be joining a supportive team, providing a wide range of administrative support for the Operations departments for Wiltshire Health and Care.
