Flexible working pattern Monday Friday 08:00 - 16:00 or 08:30 - 16:30
We are looking to appoint an Administration Supervisor who is an enthusiastic and committed individual to provide administrative and line management support to a team of administrators.
This post will be based at Jenner House. However you will also be required to travel to the community hospitals in Chippenham, Trowbridge, Warminster, Malmesbury, Savernake and Melksham approximately every 6 weeks to undertake one to ones with the administrators (travel expenses will be paid for all non-base site visits)
You will need to be able to work in a calm, logical and methodical way and be able to multi-task whilst dealing with frequent interruptions, and you must possess effective communication skills whilst always maintaining patient confidentiality.
Main duties of the job
The role is demanding and interesting and will require someone who is flexible and able to work under pressure. Previous experience of working in a reception setting would be welcome.
