City Community Team

Based: Five Rivers Salisbury

Full time 37.5 Hours per week, permanent

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Qualified Nurse Associate to join out City Community Team based in South Wiltshire. The role of the Nurse Associate will be caring for complex patients in their home environments. The skills required for Nurse Associate include complex wound management, palliative care and end of life care, as well as having a high standard of holistic assessment and care planning skills.

Wiltshire Health and Care are supportive of their staffs wellbeing and in return we are looking for dynamic and innovative staff, that are expected to work seamlessly across multi-professional community services and to forge close links with other local teams, including Primary Care and Salisbury Foundation Trust.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidate will be able to provide clear evidence of up to date and relevant clinical practice and education as well as an appetite for innovative practice. Applicants need to have enthusiasm and commitment to working within a community-based team.

Applicants need to have well developed communication skills, good IT knowledge, and evidence of basic clinical skills and will need to be able to work under pressure. The role is demanding but rewarding, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and hardworking individuals who can work flexibly and efficiently. The team operates various shift patterns from 07.00 until 22.00, 7 days a week.
