Band 4 Senior Administrator
Permanent 37.5 hours per week.
Flexible working pattern Monday Friday.
Based at Jenner House, Langley Park, Avon Wy, Chippenham, SN15 1GG.
We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated Senior Administrator to provide administrative support for our Specialist Services Teams based across Wiltshire. The role will require the successful candidate to work across different hospital sites as well as an opportunity for some home working.
This role will provide support to the Administration Manager, Specialist Services Heads of Service and line management and supervision to Administrators across the Specialist Services Teams. In addition, this crucial role includes day-to-day operational troubleshooting and requires a solution-focused approach.
The successful candidate will be supported and managed by the Administration Manager, whom they will work closely with to embed and sustain processes across services and manage administrative functions to support effective patient care/delivery.
Main duties of the job
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator to join the Specialist Services Administration Leadership Team, to help provide a positive and efficient administration support service.
The post-holder will need good written and verbal communication, strong IT skills, inter-personal and administration skills with the ability to work flexibly within a challenging environment. A proactive can do attitude is required and a commitment to high quality, recognising the benefits of creativity and adaptability in a changing environment.
