An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator / Receptionist to join our Minor Injuries Unit within Trowbridge Community Hospital.
You will join a friendly team who provides a variety of reception and administrative duties to assist the smooth running of the hospital.
The successful candidate will support the patient and visitor flow with daily admin functions across the Minor Injuries Unit which will include arriving patients and directing them to different departments. You must demonstrate a professional and sensitive manner, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
A good standard of education is required, previous experience of working in an administrative / customer service setting and have excellent communication skills. You will need to be able to work as part of a team and be efficient and organised with your own workload.
Main duties of the job
The role is demanding and interesting and will require someone who is flexible and able to work under pressure and deal with a variety of tasks.
