Occupational Therapist - Band 5

South Wiltshire Locality

37.5 Hours per eek - Permanent

We are looking for an enthusiastic qualified Occupational Therapist to join our Pathway 2 Intensive Rehabilitation Service. This service is based in care homes and provides patients with an opportunity for personalised rehabilitation in a step down bed setting after discharge from hospital and supports them with achieving their rehabilitation goals.

You will work with a multidisciplinary approach, alongside physiotherapists, therapy assistants, care staff and social workers to ensure that patients are able to work towards their goals with the aim of returning home or into another setting.

This is an exciting time for the team, working in partnership with other stakeholders to provide integrated working and patient centred care.

Main duties of the job

As a band 5 Occupational Therapist, you will be supported by our Senior Occupational Therapists and Clinical Lead to develop in your role.
