Job summary

Qualified Nursing Associate - Band 4

Diabetes Team - Permanent - 0.50 WTE - Part time hours

Base - Devizes Community Team - but willing to travel around Wiltshire.

Make the move to the Wiltshire Community Diabetes Specialist Team.

Wiltshire are at the exciting phase of redesigning diabetes care and creating new roles within the service. If you have diabetes experience and you are looking for a new challenge, we may have a job for you!

We are looking for an enthusiastic nurse associate who wishes to be a part of the new integrated service. Why not join our pioneering team? We offer diabetes mentoring and training to help you develop into your role and opportunity for career progression

Main duties of the job

  • Ability to deal with non-routine and unpredictable nature of the workload and individual patient contact
