We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join Public Health Wales as aPublic Health Practitioner within the Educational Settings programme, part of the Health Improvement Division.
This national role involves working collaboratively with a wide range of local and national stakeholders across various programmes, including theCurriculum Resource Programme and the Welsh Network of Health and Well-being Promoting Schools.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of children and young people in Wales while contributing to broader efforts to improve population health.
Main duties of the job
The post will require working closely with our stakeholders such as the 22 local authorities across Wales, local Health Boards, Welsh Government, Schools and Pre-school settings. The post holderwill support the involvement of relevant stakeholders in planning, development and delivery of our public health programmes.
