Main duties of the job
As a Business Administration Apprentice, you'll learn to:
Provide administrative support to enable the team/service to deliver its objectives effectively.
Maintain accurate records and systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
Act as a point of contact for communications and contributing to the smooth running of the service.
There will be dedicated support for each apprentice and opportunities to develop in areas important to you.

Job responsibilities
As part of your apprenticeship, you will develop proficiency in:
o Organising and coordinating meetings and taking formal minutes
o Liaising with colleagues and external stakeholders and respond to queries in a professional and timely manner
o Using IT systems to generate reports, process data and support team workflows
o Ensuring resources and supplies are maintained and reordered as necessary
o Contributing to team meetings and providing input on the development and improvement of processes
Apprenticeships in Public Health Wales
This apprenticeship is open to anyone aged 16 or over, whether you are just starting out in your career, looking for a career change, or returning to work. This role is hybrid with a requirement to be in the office 1-2 days a week.
