Main duties of the job

As a Bank Personal Assistant / Senior Administrator, you may be asked to:

  • Provide high-quality administrative and PA support to senior leaders.
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate communications.
  • Support project delivery and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with document preparation, minute-taking, and general office duties.

Additional Information

Bank roles are offered on an "as and when required" basis. There is no obligation to accept shifts, and hours are not guaranteed. This flexibility allows you to fit work around your other commitments.

  • NVQ Level 4 or equivalent level of experience, together with a high level of numeracy, written and spoken English.

  • Demonstrable proven experience of working as a Personal Assistant, Senior Administrator or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, including secure record-keeping.
  • Experience in planning, coordinating and facilitating meetings and events, both virtually and in person. High level of experience of inbox & diary management.
  • Skilled in meeting administration, including the preparation of agendas, coordinating speakers, production of minutes/action points, capturing and tracking actions and following these up.
