Job summary
We are seeking a full time (37.5 hours) and a part time (15 hours) Personal Assistant to join the Microbiology team based at Singleton Hospital in Swansea. Candidates will need to be enthusiastic, well-motivated and innovative. Have well developed interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to lead and support individual and team working.
Main duties of the job
To provide comprehensive and confidential personal assistant (PA) support to Consultants and other Medical Staff in Microbiology.
The post holder is required to communicate across directorates, with staff and stakeholders and produce a high standard of work to meet deadlines, whilst ensuring compliance with Public Health Wales policies.
