- Literate and numerate.

- Successfully completed relevant formal specialist IT training courses.

Experience

- In-depth experience of working in a Windows based PC TCP/IP network environment in an IT support role.

- Experience in a technical implementation role with Windows server systems, desktop/laptop PC deployments.

- Experience of working in a Windows Active Directory environment.

- Experience of working with Unified Endpoint Management Systems.

- IT security experience.

Desirable

- IT user training experience.

- NHS/Healthcare or Public Sector experience.
