Join our dynamic and supportive Screening Workforce Development Team as a Workbased Learning Practitioner and make a real difference in healthcare education. Main duties of the job
The post holder will:
- Work with the Screening Workforce Development Team (SWDT) to deliver and assess accredited supporting learning pathways in Public Health Wales (PHW) screening programmes to improve services and the organisation.
- They will support the delivery of the Healthcare Support Workers (HCSW) Clinical Induction, health screening diplomas, and support career development for HCSWs in all screening programmes.
- They will carry out administrative tasks to maintain and improve the quality of training and workforce development in the Screening Division.
