Personal Assistant to Head of Programme

Job summary

We are seeking a Personal Assistant to join the team at Diabetic Eye Screening Wales, based in Treforest. Candidates will need to be enthusiastic, well-motivated and innovative. Have well developed interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to lead and support individual and team working.

Main duties of the job

To provide comprehensive and confidential personal assistant (PA) support to the Head of Programme for Diabetic Eye Screening Wales.

The post holder is required to communicate across directorates, with staff and stakeholders and produce a high standard of work to meet deadlines, whilst ensuring compliance with Public Health Wales policies.
