THIS POST IS A 2 YEAR FIXED TERM POST UNTIL 31/03/2027.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, proactive and highly motivated individual to join our Health Improvement Division's Business Support Team as a Business Administrator.
This is a fixed term post working 37.5 hours per week based in our Public Health Wales NHS Trust offices in Capital Quarter 2 in Cardiff City centre 10 minutes from Queen Street and Central train stations and 15 minutes from Cardiff Bay.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and motivated individual to join our Business Support Team. You will be required to provide business and administration support to the various Health Improvement Programmes working closely with team members to ensure that there is robust business support within your Team.
Main duties of the job
This is a key supporting role to the effective running of this Team and the successful applicant will require good communication, planning and organisational skills. In addition, experience of working in an office environment along with computer literacy in Microsoft Office including, Outlook, Word and Excel is required.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
