To be responsible for and to contribute to the design, development, testing and maintaining of customer solutions on the Microsoft 365 platform, focusing on SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate and other related tools for Directorate specific and organisational wide systems and processes.

Main duties of the job
The main duties of the Power Apps and SharePoint Developer include:

Responsible for the design, development and testing of SharePoint sites and Power Apps solutions to support Directorate and organisational needs.

Create automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.

Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional technical solutions.

Work with Directorates to customise SharePoint Online (including lists, libraries, pages, and forms) to meet user and business requirements.

Develop Power Apps applications with a focus on user experience, integration with other systems, and mobile accessibility.

Train and support staff in the use of SharePoint, Power Apps, and other relevant technologies.

Maintain documentation for developed solutions, ensuring that processes are clear and repeatable.

Provide specialist advice on all aspects of Power Apps development in line with organisational digital and design standards.

Analyse highly complex data, develop and deliver specialised technical training, undertake complex technical design and adapt specialist software.
