The Quality, Safety & Improvement directorate is looking for a PA to join the team to provide high-level comprehensive and administrative support to the Leadership Team.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide a range of PA and administrative duties including high level diary management, arranging meetings, typing, processing orders and manage meetings as required, including the collation and dissemination of papers, taking of minutes and management of actions.
The successful candidate will be well organised with the ability to work on their own initiative as well as within a team environment, have a professional approach, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to adhere to confidentiality, data protection and other organisational policies. They will also be computer literate in Microsoft office including Outlook, Word, Excel, Power-Point and Teams.
