An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a dynamic and fast-growing team within the NHS Executive to support the River Business Unit.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply. The post holder will be a key member of the Administration & Governance Team and will support the local development and delivery of several operational and administration activities across the NHS Executive.
In addition, working with the Corporate Administration & Governance Manager, the post holder will provide general administration management and operational support across several business activities within the Networks & Planning Directorate. This will include servicing programmes and overseeing the end to end recruitment process.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will be a key member of the River Business Unit and will support the development and delivery of administrative oversight and operations , and provide all necessary support to the
NHS Executive, Networks & Planning.
In addition they will provide business management, risk management, corporate governance and development to the wider Administration & Governance Team.
The post holder will also be responsible for monitoring managing a number of corporate activities including managing:-
Programme Servicing
Declaration of Interest
Sponsorship, Gifts & Hospitality
Monitoring and advising on complex HR procedures and queries
Supporting programme training events including induction
Supporting Organisational Change Process
Supporting development of policies
Managing the admin team.
