Main duties of the job
As one of our Occupational Health Advisors, you will work within a high quality, nurse led Occupational Health and Wellbeing service to over 4000 employees and 1000 volunteers. You will have a varied and full working day encapsulating Sickness Absence Management, Fitness for role Medicals, Immunisation Clinics, delivery of Health Surveillance, Health promotion activities across the whole of the Trust and have an input in bringing your experience and ideas toward expanding the service across Wales.
The Trust covers the whole of Wales and there is a degree of homeworking with the base clinics being at present at Vantage Point House, Cwmbran, Ty Elwy, St Asaph and Matrix One, Swansea.
