Job summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to join the Strategy, Planning & Performance Directorate in the role of Performance Manager (Stakeholders & Change).

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.

Main duties of the job

This post reports directly to the Assistant Director Commissioning & Performance, providing support on the delivery of improved patient outcomes and staff experience by being the Trust's lead on commissioning, Welsh Government accountability, health board performance requests, performance management aspects of transformation, performance management aspects of planning, in particular, integrated technical planning, linked to commissioning, forecasting and modelling.

The role has a broad remit, across the whole of the Trust, with the ability to connect information together and provide a coherent picture considered key. The post holder will have a strong ability to develop, interpret and analyse data from a wide variety of sources and present information concisely.
