We are currently looking for a passionate and dynamic ESR administrator to join our Employment Services team. . You'll be part of a team responsible for keeping our ESR system accurate and up to date for some of the largest NHS Trusts in London and have the autonomy to excel in your role with the support of our technology and recruitment centre of excellence.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide a high quality, responsive, streamlined service to managers and employees within the trust which includes:
- Data Entry (Both numeric and non-numeric) into Oracle system
- Ensuring that Managers and Employees are provided an accurate and quality service.
- Ensuring that all administrative KPI's are adhered to.
- Working within the policies and procedures, ensuring that audit requirements are met at all times and deadlines are strictly adhered to.
- Appropriate application of Data Protection rules.
The post holder will work alongside the ESR Manager Self-service, NLPSS Hiring Team and Management advice team to support with daily tasks across the teams.
