Main duties of the job
The post-holder will be responsible for the delivery of a high quality, responsive, streamlined end-to end recruitment service to a range of clients.
Being responsible for verifying, entering, maintaining and accessing accurate and timely information on the through the various systems such as TRAC, ESR ETC.; the post-holder will ensure records comply with Trust Policies, Medical & Dental Terms and Conditions, Local agreements and employment law maintaining high standards and quality of information.You will be the expert user of the ESR and TRAC systems and maintain the integrity of data on the system and via the team provide efficient services. You will also provide expert advice on recruitment processes and procedures.
The post-holder will ensure that the team provides timely reporting and expert advice to managers where staff members are required to have up to date permits to work and professional registration. They will establish and maintain good practices and ensuring excellent communication and working relationships with all stakeholders and service users.The post-holder monitor the work of the recruitment officers to ensure the workload is evenly distributed and carried out to a high standard in accordance with policies and procedures.
The post-holder will primarily be assigned to one team dealing with all aspects of the recruitment process, but will be expected to, at times, work across/rotate to other teams and functions within the shared recruitment services.
