About the Role
As a TLT Business Manager, you will provide proactive, visible leadership to ensure the effective operational, financial, and strategic performance of your speciality area. Working in close partnership with the Clinical Specialty Lead and Modern Matron, you will play a central role in delivering high quality, innovative and patient centred services.
You will drive service improvement, support the delivery of national and local access targets, and help shape the ongoing development of the Trust. This is a role for someone who thrives in a complex environment, enjoys working collaboratively with clinical and operational leaders, and is committed to continuous improvement.

- Providing strong, inclusive leadership across operational, workforce, financial and strategic domains
- Supporting the speciality in delivering its business plan and meeting key access, performance and financial targets
- Ensuring compliance with governance, assurance and risk management frameworks
- Leading service improvement, innovation and quality initiatives to enhance patient experience
- Overseeing workforce development, talent management and effective team performance
- Managing and forecasting budgets, delivering efficiency improvements and supporting long term financial planning
- Building productive relationships with clinical teams, Trust leaders and external partners
- Playing an active role in Trust-wide corporate responsibilities, including 7-day service developments and on call duties

- Proven success in leading teams, improving services and delivering against performance and financial metrics
- A passion for developing people, improving patient outcomes and driving forward change
