Are you an experienced Radiographer with a passion for breast imaging and leadership? Portsmouth Hospitals University NHS Trust is seeking aSuperintendent Radiographerto lead our Breast Screening and Symptomatic Breast Imaging services across Portsmouth and Southeast Hampshire.
About the Role
As Superintendent Radiographer, you will:
- Take responsibility for all clinical aspects of breast screening and symptomatic imaging services.
- Provide leadership and management expertise to deliver an efficient, high-quality service.
- Work closely with the Breast Screening Director and Programme Manager to plan the strategic direction of the Breast Imaging Service.
- Ensure compliance with national targets and NHS Breast Screening Programme standards.
- Manage a shared budget of circa £2m and lead a team of radiographers, assistant practitioners, and support staff.
