and part time available - minimum 15 hours (2 x 7.5 hour shift) up to 37.5
hours per week
As ED covers a 24 7 service, shift pattern will include
weekends and night shifts.
1 x week nights only
inclusive of 1 Saturday/Sunday
1 weekend off in 4
We are looking for a dedicated Multi-Function Admin Team
Member to join our team within the Urgent Care Group. you will be at the heart
of our busy, fast-paced ED, supporting our clinical staff and ensuring the
smooth operation of daily administrative tasks. The role includes working as
part of a multi-functional internally rotating team, across a variety of roles
on a monthly rota which runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively and positively contribute to the successful
overall performance of the Trust.
- Deliver excellent levels of customer service to all
patients/visitors and staff at the Trust.
- Develop effective ways of working and create strong
partnerships and relationships with all stakeholders to support the
implementation of the Government's policies on Health.
- Develop an organisational culture that fosters collaborative
working among all staff groups, to ensure a focused commitment to delivering
quality services and outcomes.
- Comply with corporate governance structure in keeping with
the principles and standards set out by the Trust.
- Support the Trust culture of collaborative, flexible
cross-team working and commitment to delivering quality services and outcomes,
which support the Government's policies on public health.

- The role is across the Emergency Department at Queen Alexandra Hospital, Cosham and Gosport Minor Injury Unit and tasks include:
- Reception duties.
- Walk in and Ambulance Booking in process.
- General administrative functions.
- Data quality.
As our ideal candidate, you should have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Previous administrative experience is desirable, but not essential. We are looking for team players who can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrate flexibility, and are committed to providing outstanding service to both our staff and patients.
