Are you an experienced Speech and Language Therapist ready to take the next step in your career? Portsmouth Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking a dynamic Team Lead Speech and Language Therapist to join our dedicated stroke and neuro pathways service, including our highly regarded Community Stroke Rehabilitation Team.

About the Role:

  • Lead and coordinate speech and language therapy provision across stroke and neuro pathways.
  • Work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care.
  • Provide clinical expertise and leadership within both acute and community settings.
  • Drive service development and innovation to enhance patient outcomes.
  • Benefit from peer support with another Band 7 SLT Team Lead within the pathway, ensuring shared leadership, collaboration, and professional growth.
