We are a dynamic and innovative department, and the applicant will be expected to provide acute and sub speciality imaging and have a strong interest in teaching. Essential
- - Full GMC Registration with a licence to practice
- - Entry on the GMC specialist register via CCT (proposed date must be within 6 months), CESR or European Community Rights
- - Fellowship of Royal College of Radiologists, or equivalent.
- - Subspecialty experience in genitourinary imaging
Desirable
- - Management course or experience.
- - Fellowship level training in genitourinary imaging.
- - Interventional Uroradiology experience including image-guided biopsies and some fluoroscopic procedures.
Experience
Essential
- - Demonstrable, significant and ongoing experience in GU radiology with evidence of significant subspecialist training, including competence in a broad range of ultrasound, MRI, CT including biopsies.
- - General Diagnostic Radiology skills to support local requirements for acute general radiology service weekday time and on call/ in and working at weekend.
- - Understanding of clinical risk management.
- - Evidence of teaching medical, radiographic and nursing staff.
Desirable
- - Fellowship in Uroradiology.
- - Interventional Uroradiology experience including image-guided biopsies and some fluoroscopic procedures.
