Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic individual with a high level of organisational, communication and administrative skills.
You will be part of a dynamic team who are responsible for supporting the delivery of all elements of the Trust strategy and specific programmes and projects. The team also ensures that the appropriate frameworks and processes are in place to co-ordinate and manage the annual operational / business planning process.
Main duties of the job
This is a permanent opportunity for an engaging, motivated person who has the ability to work unsupervised, providing high quality and effective clerical and administrative support to the Planning and Strategy Team. We are looking for an individual who is IT proficient, with plenty of drive and initiative. If you want to be part of a high performing, very friendly team, we would love to hear from you.
You will play a key role in supporting the Strategy function across the breadth of its portfolio. This will range from providing administrative support to:
- The Joint Business Case Review Committee (BCRC) process.
- Co-ordination of the Trust level projects and Benefits management system.
- The creation of the annual operational plan.
- The delivery of Trusts Strategy through Strategic Initiatives, True Norths and Breakthrough Objectives.
- A portfolio of the programmes and projects.
