NHS Salary Band: Band 3

Salary: £24,071 - £25,674 per annum

Work Location: Queen Alexandra Hospital, Cosham

Hours per week: Full time, 37.5 hours per week

Contract Type: Permanent

Main duties of the job

  • To provide an efficient processing and invoice authorisation of pharmaceuticals and associated products for the Trust. In excess of 800 invoices/ batch sheets per week.
  • To provide customer care services for the pharmaceutical services to PHT & Non-PHT customers on behalf of PMU
  • To ensure stock checking process is carried out at the Pharmacy Manufacturing Unit per procedure including making necessary stock adjustments.
  • Pharmaceutical product stock ordering
  • Updatingthe Health Roster with A/L, Sickness and bank shifts
  • To provide any administrative activities at the Pharmacy Manufacturing Unit.
