- Lead the day-to-day management of medical appraisal and revalidation, working closely with Medical Directors, Clinical Directors, and Workforce colleagues.
- Advise on complex issues as a specialist resource for appraisal, revalidation, and GMC licensing.
- Develop and monitor effective processes and systems for appraisal and revalidation.
- Maintain local information systems (MARS, ESR) and facilitate communication and reporting.
- Support and train clinicians and managers on appraisal and revalidation requirements.
- Represent the Trust at internal and external meetings.
- Lead service improvement initiatives and policy development.

- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and best practice sharing across the organisation.
