Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our team within the Ophthalmology Department. The West of England Eye Unit is a busy department, that is constantly evolving to adapt to our growing number of patients. We are looking for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will be an integral part of the team and the first point of contact for our patients. You will play a key role in delivering a high standard service by managing communications, booking and cancelling appointments, and ensuring patient information is handled efficiently and accurately.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing Telephone Enquiries and Appointment Requests:Respond promptly and professionally to incoming calls, handle appointment requests, provide clear information, and support patients with any queries or concerns.
