Based within the Ilfracombe Community Rehabilitation Team you will cover an area that stretches from Ashford to Exmoor and work with a multidisciplinary team that includes Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Assistant Practitioners. Under the guidance of qualified staff, duties will include the provision of equipment and carrying out rehabilitation programmes with patients. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to support individuals in improving their quality of life within the community.
