As a Mobility Administrator, youll be a vital part of the service that helps people maintain their independence and quality of life. Working closely with clinicians, managers, and service users, youll ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes - from managing appointments, processing referrals and organising repair visits to keeping our records accurate and up to date.

The Service Administrator will work as part of an administrative team, to support the delivery of a high-quality administration service, a positive patient experience and the highest levels of customer service to the Exeter Mobility Centre Wheelchair Service.
- Provide an effective and efficient administrative service to the Exeter Mobility Centre team.
- Manage and maintain accurate appointment and clinic systems, ensuring data is entered correctly and on time.
- Plan the repair and delivery of mobility equipment when required.
- Process referrals, orders, invoices, and post-clinic documentation promptly and accurately.
- Maintain up-to-date and organised filing systems, both paper-based and electronic.
- Communicate courteously and professionally with patients, clinical staff, and external organisations.
- Provide cover and support for other administrators during periods of leave.
- Support service improvement projects and contribute ideas for better ways of working.
- To provide a good quality professional administration service
- To provide support/cover to other administrators within the team.
- Specifically, this post will work with colleagues and the team leader to ensure that they provide a professional, efficient, accurate and timely service.
Working Pattern: Monday - Friday. 0900-1700
