The main duties for this role will include establishing and maintaining screening databases effectively, implementing and maintaining fail safe systems by ensuring the eligible population have an outcome recorded for each ANNB Screening programme, assisting with activities aimed at maintaining and improving safety, in relation to the key performance indicators and offering a follow up with professionals where data is missing or repeat samples are required.

The role will be integral to the Antenatal and Newborn Screening teams within maternity and will work closely with the wider multidisciplinary team to ensure timely screening of offered. The post holder will also enter relevant screening results into the patient's electronic records where appropriate.

Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 5- 9
