Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Operational Leadership Team at Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in the role of Senior Operations Manager for a 12 month fixed period, on either a fixed term contract or secondment.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a pro-active, transformational and hardworking MDT team that make up the Cardiology Team, working across East and North Devon..
As an inspirational leader you will ensure that staff are empowered to continue to deliver high quality care to our local community; whilst meeting the challenges of modern healthcare delivery, through innovative and integrated solutions.
You will lead the Cardiology Service during an exciting time of change, having the opportunity to lead projects and work on programmes to achieve successful service transformation, improving the service for staff and patients.
