Job summary
We are currently looking for a confident, supportive leader with experience of team supervision to manage our well established and highly functioning specialist team. This exciting role offers a unique opportunity to join the new management team at an early stage and participate in its development.
The ideal candidate would have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and have an interest in, and aptitude for, strengthening and expanding working relationships within and outside of the department. The post holder will place a high priority on team building to ensure effective team working while supporting initiatives to improve engagement with service stakeholders. The standardisation of processes will be a key focus of this role to ensure consistent quality of service in line with best practice for the benefit of patients, staff and the Trust.
