Job summary

The Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is looking to appoint an exceptional Project and Service Change Manager for Quality Improvement to be part of a transformational programme delivering and embedding continuous improvement Trust wide.

- Coaching colleagues and teams Trust wide to deliver safe and effective improvements through the Trusts Quality Improvement Academy. Led by Mr Rob Bethune, our Quality Improvement (QI) coaches provide advice, support and training, including delivering our F1 Junior Doctors QI programme

- Developing and implementing plans and activities to strengthen improvement at the Royal Devon, in-line with the new national improvement approach, NHS IMPACT

- Managing service improvement activities and projects, working with senior leaders and multi-disciplinary clinical and non-clinical teams, to deliver sustainable improvements in-line with Trust priorities

Were looking for colleagues who are confident communicators and influencers and able to engage stakeholders at all levels. You must be skilled in quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Model for Improvement, Lean, Six Sigma). You will have experience of leading projects and improvement work that have delivered material benefits. Most importantly, we are looking for people who are passionate about improving patient outcomes and delivering changes that make a real difference for our patients, communities and services.

Working Pattern: Full time (37.5 hours Mon-Fri) - Flexible/Hybrid working available
