Our Senior Healthcare Support Workers (SHCSWs) form an essential and well-respected part of our healthcare teams across a number of dynamic settings; out in the community, in our acute hospitals or within our theatres teams to name just a few.

You will be a valued member of the team through our comprehensive training and induction programme and our commitment to learning and development will satisfy even the most ambitious person.

The team

In this role, you will focus on collaborative, safe, effective and evidenced-based practice. Working closely with primary and community services as well as with social care partners, you play a critical role in ensuring a person-centred experience.

As an Out Of Hours Senior Healthcare Support Worker, you will be required to:

Work with our Registered Nurses supporting patients in their own homes.
Have an NVQ 3 in healthcare or working towards a qualification or equivalent relevant qualification.
Have a current driving licence and attributes to form part of a dynamic team to deliver innovative care to our patients.

Working Pattern: Our team works between the hours of 16:00 - 08:00. We provide an evening service 16:00 - 00:00 and night service 22:30 - 08:00. This role does include weekends and bank holidays.
