This will be a 12 month opportunity, working alongside a specifically appointed Clinical Lead to develop, deliver and monitor a programme to implement improved clinical and non-clinical Urology pathways across Cornwall, Devon and Somerset.

The postholder will take responsibility for leading the transformation programme which will help directly improve the Urology care we offer to the population of Cornwall, Devon and Somerset. The post holder will need to have the ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects concurrently including interdependencies, within an environment of change. They will communicate effectively with stakeholders from a number of organisations, alongside the Clinical Lead, with both internal and external stakeholders at varying levels of expertise and responsibility. This is an exciting opportunity to work across organisations to deliver a large scale programme, transforming care across the South West.

The role is being hosted by the Royal Devon and will therefore work alongside the Transformation team for support and guidance.

Working Pattern: This is a full-time role (37.5 hours/week) - working flexibly and remotely across the South West peninsula.

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months. For current NHS employees this post could be a secondment opportunity.
